Great Tool Dealz
Here are some great tool dealz
if you're looking for decent low-dollar paint equipment. |

Harbor Freight: Item 34775-3AZA
DeVilbiss Spray Gun. A nice little unit. You'll get great
results with it, even with base/clear. Probably the spray
gun available for the money. I've got the older version of
this model. What I like about it is the plastic liner system.
It really cuts down on the amount of clean-up. Currently on
sale for $149.99 |

Harbor Freight Item # 43430-4AZA. $49. My brother has sprayed
lots of cars with this exact same model spray gun. I was suprised
how well it worked. It comes with a clean-up kit.For the money
you can't beat it. If you want something better, go with the
DeVilbiss to the right. But I don't want to sell this unit
short either. I wouldn't be afraid to spray a car with one. |

Harbor Freight $39.99. This is an "ok" buffer for
a very ocasional buffing. There's no variable speed and even
the low speed is almost too fast for good control. But it
will work in a pinch. Throw away the amature buffing pad that
comes with it. For better results get the $39 buffer below. |

Harbor Freight $119.99 Item: 39310-5RVC. These are the cat's
nuts for autobody work. I've had this very unit for about
a year now. No problems. It's nice. BUT, after a lot of welding
your eyes will get tired. There is a micro-second of light
flash. But for autobody use where you have to have a weld
"right there" it's good. I close my eyes for a second
while I make the arc. For longer projects, use your old style
helmet. |

Harbor Freight $39.99. Item 46507-3RVG This is a pretty good
little buffer for the money. It has variable speed which is
definitely an advantage. You might need to add some self-adhesive
velcro to the pad to in order to use common autobody pads. |

Harbor Freight $14.99. Item 45998-2AZB. These work great
for spot rust and quick blasting when you don't want to dig
out the big blaster. |

Harbor Freight $29.99. This isn't HVLP but for a low-dollar
gun that'll spray about anything, it's worth considering.
Better to get the 43430 model (above) for automotive painting. |

Harbor Freight $14.99. It's amazing they can sell a gun for
this amount. If you are old-school and like siphon feed guns,
this will work ok on primer and even for trailers, etc. Heck
you could probably spray a car with it with Ok results. Don't
use one for base/clear. I haven't touched my Binks spray gun
since the day I bought a gravit-feed spray gun. |

Harbor Freight $6.49. Item: 05646-2BBB. If you do any kind
of brake work you gotta get one of these. How else will you
know if your rotors are warped. I've bought new rotors which
were warped worse than the ones I was removing. Had it not
been for my trusty dial indicator how else would I have known? |

Harbor Freight $9.99 Item 00239-3AZB. These are great for
any kind of motor work or even to ensure you have your rims
torqued on properly (less warped rotors). I know a lot of
guys that have this same very model of tool and they all seem
to have had good luck with them. |

Harbor Freight $19.99 Item: 01118-8AZB. A buddy has had one
of these for about 9 years in his shop. Can't even count the
number of vehicle's we've painted using it. |

Harbor Freight $6.99 Item: 00623-4AZB. You can't beat these
for brake work. It's a sure way to tell how warped your rotors
are. Plus, if you don't know which rotor is warped, you might
end up changing a one for no reason. |
